Mission and Vision
Inspiring the Next Generation Enriching Communities
The Club stands to help re-invigorate young athletes, families and the local community at large through discipline, hard work and passion.
Our ambition is to be the Best-of-the-Best in Asia – be it on the football field or within the community – and to provide equal opportunities for the next generation of young talent in their pursuit for sporting & educational excellency through football.
Promoting & Encouraging Equality and Diversity
At UNITED CITY F.C., we believe that football’s values such as performance, teamwork, and sportsmanship lead as an example to empower communities and people to better lives, and we pledge to make a commitment to equality and diversity at every level within the entire organization of this Club.
We grant that everyone who is involved with UNITED CITY F.C., whether be it as a fan, a community participant, a youth or academy member, a player, a coach or a member of staff, will receive equal treatment irrespective of age, ability or disability, gender reassignment, marital or civil partnership status, ethnicity, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation.
Our Logo
With the team’s consistent success in Domestic and International competitions, it is only fitting that United City FC’s logo translates that success onto the club’s badge.
The club’s logo is a circular crest that does not veer too far away from its old identity to symbolize and acknowledge its roots.
The stars were also arranged in this way as a tribute to the club’s original identities (Ceres – Lasalle, and Ceres – Negros), with the club’s new identity placed at the top. Stars represent them to symbolize that these past identities of the club were just as successful, and the club’s new face will continue this tradition of success.
A simplified geometric pattern of a football adorns the center of the crest. The football is at the center to show that football is at the center of the club’s existence, paying tribute to Bacolod, the club’s old city, as a Football City. This symmetry of the football as the focal point of the crest not only symbolizes its origin and heritage but, more importantly, stands for Unity (as the focal point of the badge, and everyone around the club and city) and Stability (in continuing its winning traditions and domination of Philippine football).
Lastly, the crest is encircled by a solid circle which symbolizes its solid fanbase as the best supported club in the country as the fans are what holds the club together being its foundation.

Our Club
United City Football Club is the 4x defending national champion in the Philippines Football League (PFL) & 2x winner of Copa Paulino Alcantara in the top-tier professional league in Filipino football. Established in 2012, the club was previously known as Ceres (founded as Ceres–La Salle; renamed Ceres–Negros in 2017) before its ownership change and relocation in 2020 required a name change to United City Football Club (UCFC).
UCFC became the first Filipino Club to enter the AFC Champions League group stages in 2021 and the first local club to draw and win a game on this level, posting a respectable 1:1 and a 3:2 win against the Chinese Super League powerhouse Beijing FC.

Our Field of Dreams
We are proud to announce that the United City F.C. “Sports & Entertainment Destination” which is mainly built around football, has just kicked off internally. “Our Field of Dreams” will be the home to our team, a place where the youth can aspire to become a professional player, where 10,000 fans can celebrate the ups and downs of competitions, where the traveler will find suitable lodging options and where the community will get together for shopping, dining and entertainment. Other planned facilities include a dedicated training center for the first team and our youth academy to practice as well as an indoor multi-purpose venue for hosting events such as conferences, concerts, exhibitions and indoor sports competitions such as basketball, volleyball, futsal, and others.
